Detox – Do It Properly

You, along with almost everyone else on the planet, are exposed to an amazingly diverse range of agents known to have damaging effects on biological systems in general, and on ours in particular. Among such agents are literally tens of thousands of synthesised chemicals not found in nature, toxic metal contaminants once safely secured underground, and concentrations of electromagnetic radiations (E-smog), many of which may contribute to your ill health, disease and premature demise.

We live in an age in which people are progressively choosing to take more responsibility for their health. Proper detoxification lies at the heart of this choice. For you to by-pass this necessity is analogous to your attempting to build a house with its foundations imbedded in a swamp! You simply cannot build true health without proper detoxification as an initial step and as an ongoing strategy.

Nowadays, much information is available to people about almost any conceivable topic, including the subject of detoxification, through the internet, the media, self help publications and the “knowledgeable” friend or family member. Your organs of detoxification, the liver/gall-bladder and kidneys need to be flushed out and supported.

Your lymphatic system, blood and cells need to be assisted in offloading toxic accumulations that may include all manner of toxic agents arising internally from the gut (endotoxins/enterotoxins) or externally ie foreign synthetic chemicals, toxic metals and so on.

Your cells need to be protected from the toxic effects of electromagnetic pollution of E-smog.

Excessive body fat reservoirs holding years of toxic accumulations need to be reduced, enabling the elimination of such toxins from the body. If you are overweight or obese, the body may only very reluctantly burn its fat due to a heavy toxic burden held in the fat.

Your bodily acid-alkaline state assessment and correction where necessary (very frequently) is extremely important as part of a thorough detox. Excessive acid states (usual) and excessive alkaline states (from time to time) are a major source of toxic accumulations due to the inhibitory effects on proper function at virtually all levels. Only when your bodily pH (assessed through urine and saliva testing) is in balance may you optimise your nutritional status.
